We build, refurb & maintain ALDI stores across the South West Uk.
We carry out painting, carpentry, shop-fitting, cleaning, landscaping, strip-outs/ refurbs.
We want are looking for experienced carpenters and shop-fitters to expand our teams!
The typical Jobs involved are...
- Shop-fitting
- Painting
- Kitchen and office fit-out
- General maintenance tasks
Other useful skills
- Reading drawings and working to plans
- Tiling
- Groundworks
- some experience managing a small team on site.
We pay on the CIS construction self-employed scheme

We are looking for honest, reliable, hard-working people who understand what is needed to get the job done and people who we can invest in, and people who want a long-term & stable job.
We provide work vans, materials, consumables, some larger tools, fuel cards, uniform, company credit cards for materials, travel compensation and hotels to stay away in.
Applicants MUST have the following…
- VALID CSCS card (papers NOT accepted, we need a CARD!)
- The ability to get yourself to & from our headquarters (in Twyford, Winchester)
- Your own tools.
- Reliability and timekeeping skills
- Honesty
- Be able to stay away most of the time.
- Understand that sometimes weekends/ evenings will be required.
- An understanding of English & the right to work in the UK
Driving licenses needed!
Please make sure you have the ability to stay away Mon-Friday regularly before applying!
