The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting collateral examinations and due diligence reviews across a wide range of financing structures, including:
- Asset Based Lending (ABL)
- Receivables Finance and Factoring
- Trade Finance
- Receivables Purchase Facilities
- Securitisation and Structured Finance Transactions
Assignments will involve both on-site and remote reviews of borrower operations, accounting systems, collateral records and reporting processes. The role offers significant exposure to a diverse range of industries, businesses and financing structures throughout Europe.
