As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on sales, customer relationships and supporting the continued growth of the HUS PET brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell HUS PET products to both retail and wholesale customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while providing excellent customer service.
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and social media, offering product advice and sales support.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with the team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in identifying and developing new sales opportunities with pet shops, pet cafés, groomers and other retail businesses.
- Represent HUS PET at pet exhibitions, markets and promotional events to introduce products and generate sales.
- Support online and offline sales campaigns and marketing activities.
- Gather customer feedback and market information to help improve products and sales performance.
- Assist with communication with Chinese suppliers regarding product sourcing, quotations and new product development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business, Management, Marketing, Trade or a related field.
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in sales, retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Well organised, proactive and able to work independently.
- Passion for pets and the pet industry.

Pay: £34,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
