We are currently supporting an independent optical practice in Liverpool City Centre, based in a busy and highly accessible area with on-site parking.
You’ll be joining a friendly, close-knit team who pride themselves on delivering approachable, patient-focused service while maintaining clinical standards. This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills while also contributing to the continued growth of an independent practice.
Important Requirement:
You must have a minimum of 6 months' experience working within optics. Applications without this will not be considered.
Responsibilities:

Welcoming patients and delivering a warm, professional experience

Assisting with frame styling, fittings, and adjustments

Handling pre-screening tests and basic clinical admin

Managing appointments and supporting front-of-house operations

Speaking with passing trade to help generate interest, new leads, and additional business

Ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently
