Woodhall Country Park – Woodhall Spa
Woodhall Country Park is an 80-acre park set within a stunning 2,000-acre estate on the edge of the timeless Edwardian village of Woodhall Spa. We are currently undergoing an exciting period of investment and growth and are looking to expand our team to help take the park forward.

The Role
This is a permanent, year-round position suited to someone who is practical, self-motivated, and enjoys a varied workload. You will play a key role in maintaining the park to a high standard while providing a helpful and friendly presence for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- General maintenance of our rental lodges
- Maintenance of three on-site toilet blocks
- General groundworks, including:
- Laying slabs
- Building sheds
- Grass cutting and general outdoor works
- Wooden decking repairs
- Assisting guests when required
- Hot tub maintenance
Working Hours
- Permanent, all-year-round role
- Rota-based schedule
- Some weekend work
- Up to 2 on call evenings per week
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Be physically fit and comfortable being on their feet for extended periods
- Be able to follow health and safety requirements
- Communicate well and work effectively as part of a team
- Have a friendly, helpful attitude
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Previous experience with hot tubs is a bonus, but not essential
