Site Manager – Wraparound & Holiday Provision
Are you an experienced childcare professional ready to lead a vibrant, high‑quality wraparound and holiday provision? We’re looking for a confident, organised, and child‑centred leader to take ownership of a busy site and help shape exceptional experiences for children and families.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves working directly with children and thrives in a leadership role. You’ll spend around 20 hours per week leading the setting on site, and 10 hours per week on leadership responsibilities, including planning, quality assurance, staff development, and compliance.

- Oversee planning, activity delivery, and behaviour support
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, compliance, and site documentation
- Work closely with senior leaders to drive quality and consistency
- Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and the school community
About You
You’ll be a great fit if you are:
- Experienced in childcare, education, playwork, or holiday camp leadership
- Confident leading a team and creating a positive, supportive culture
- Passionate about delivering high‑quality play and activity experiences

- Knowledgeable about safeguarding and committed to best practice
- Someone who takes pride in high standards and leads by example
A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 in Childcare, Playwork, Teaching Assistant, Sports Coaching) is desirable but not essential for the right candidate with strong experience.
