We are hiring for our client, a leading professional services firm, to appoint a Facilities Administrator to join their Belfast office on an initial 6 month fixed term contract.
This role will support the day-to-day running of a busy Facilities function, ensuring the office environment operates smoothly and efficiently. The successful Facilities Administrator will play a key role across mailroom services, meeting room coordination, reprographics, office operations and wider workplace support activities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and a proactive approach who enjoys a varied, hands-on role within a professional environment.

The Role
-
Manage incoming and outgoing post, courier and delivery services

Support meeting room setup, hospitality and office coordination
-
Carry out high-volume printing, scanning, binding and reprographics support

Maintain office stock levels including stationery and catering supplies
-
Support health & safety inspections and workplace procedures
-
Assist with onboarding, office moves and workplace setup

Provide general facilities and operational support across the office

Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal teams

Support reception cover where required

Identify opportunities to improve workplace processes and efficiency

Previous experience within an office, facilities or workplace support role

Strong customer service and communication skills

Highly organised with good attention to detail

Proactive, flexible and hands-on approach

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Ability to manage workload in a busy environment

Good IT skills and confidence using office systems
