We run a vibrant, modern Turkish restaurant in the heart of Edinburgh, combining the incredible bounty of the Scottish larder with bold Turkish flavours, in-house butchery, and live-fire charcoal cooking. With just 45 covers, our focus is on great hospitality and bold flavours.

The Roles We Are Filling:
- Sous Chef: The Head Chef’s right hand. You’re a natural leader who can run the pass, mentor the team, and help manage the kitchen, all while maintaining a calm, positive vibe.
- Chef de Partie (CDP): Ready to own your section? You’ll take charge of your station, prep with pride, and master the art of live-fire cooking and modern Turkish plating.
- Commis Chef: The perfect launchpad. You don't need years of experience, just a great attitude, sharp knives, and a desire to learn everything from whole-animal butchery to complex spice blending.
