Self-Employed Cleaner – Student Accommodation, Residential & Short-Let Properties
Pay: £13.00–£15.00 per hour
Summer Student Accommodation Work: £13.00 per hour (paid every 2 weeks)
Locations: London, Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Nottingham & Birmingham
We are looking for experienced, reliable self-employed cleaners to join our growing team. We have a variety of work available across student accommodation sites, residential homes, and short-let/Airbnb properties.
Summer Student Accommodation Work (June–September)
We are recruiting staff to work on student accommodation sites throughout the summer.
Duties include:
- Setting up rooms and communal areas
- Check-out cleans
- Deep cleaning
- Packing down and preparing properties for the next intake
Residential & Short-Let Cleaning
We also have ongoing work available throughout the year cleaning residential properties and short-let accommodation.
Responsibilities:
- Cleaning residential and short-let properties to a high standard
- Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces
- Preparing short-let properties for guest arrivals
- Reporting maintenance issues where necessary
- Managing your own diary and appointments
- Communicating professionally with customers and the agency
- Providing your own cleaning supplies and equipment (unless otherwise agreed)
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' cleaning experience
- Experience in residential, holiday let, Airbnb, or serviced accommodation cleaning preferred
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Excellent attention to detail
- Public liability insurance (or willingness to obtain it)
- Right to work in the UK
