Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure proper food storage and handling procedures are followed
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen area
- Collaborate with the pub FOH team and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with training new team members as needed
Qualifications: - Previous experience in food preparation or culinary arts is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
