The Role
We’re looking for a creative and organised Social Media & Content Assistant to help bring our brands to life online. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of content creation, planning, and light website work.
You’ll be working closely with the founder to execute content across social media, email, and website platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule content across social media (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
- Create engaging posts, reels, and stories
- Design graphics using tools such as Adobe or Canva
- Upload and update products/content on Shopify websites
- Maintain a consistent brand look and feel across all platforms
- Support content campaigns, launches, and promotions
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business
- Strong design skills (Adobe Creative Suite essential, Canva - desirable)
- Good written English and attention to detail
- Organised and able to follow a content plan
Desirable:
- Experience with Shopify website updates, Wordpress if possible
- Photography or video editing skills
