What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the nursery team, you’ll learn how to support children’s development through fun, engaging activities and everyday care routines.
Your role will include:
- Supporting children through play, learning and daily activities
- Helping create a safe, happy and stimulating environment
- Assisting with mealtimes, outdoor play and creative activities
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and staff
- Learning how to observe children’s progress and development
- Working alongside experienced childcare professionals who will support your growth
As your confidence grows, so will your responsibilities and opportunities.
