About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive growth for our Microsoft Fabric and data/AI practice. This is not a typical quota-carrying role. You’ll be responsible for originating and closing complex, high-value data transformation deals, working closely with clients, delivery teams, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. If you understand how to sell outcomes-not just technology-and can navigate CIO/CDO-level conversations, this role is designed for you.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting to deal closure for enterprise accounts.
- Build and grow a pipeline of £250k–£1m+ deals in data, analytics, and AI.
- Position Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and modern data platforms as business transformation enablers.
- Engage senior stakeholders (CIO, CDO, Heads of Data/Analytics).
- Lead solution-based selling, working closely with architects and delivery teams.
- Drive co-sell motions with Microsoft and partner ecosystem.
- Develop account strategies and expand existing client relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, events, and thought leadership.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience:
- 8–12 years in enterprise sales / account executive roles
- Proven track record closing complex data, analytics, or cloud deals
- Experience selling platforms like Azure, Power BI, or similar
- Skills:
- Strong consultative / solution selling approach
- Ability to articulate business value (ROI, outcomes)
- Experience navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Familiarity with data architecture concepts
- Comfortable working in a partner-led sales model
- Bonus:
- Experience working with or alongside Microsoft
- Background in consulting / SI environments
- Exposure to AI / advanced analytics use cases

Pay: £80,000.00-£105,000.00 per year
