We create calm, supportive environments where children can build confidence, develop independence, and engage in meaningful real-world and outdoor experiences - without pressure to fit into traditional expectations.
The Role
We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team.
You will support children in:
- Small group sessions
- 1:1 support
- Community-based activities (e.g. outdoor sessions, trips)
- Home education workshops
This is a varied, active role that involves working both indoors and outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children in group and 1:1 settings
- Help create a safe, calm, and inclusive environment
- Follow session plans while adapting to individual needs
- Support emotional regulation and engagement
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Maintain clear communication with the team
- Follow safeguarding and health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For

You should be:
- Calm, patient, and emotionally aware
- Reliable and professional
- Flexible and able to adapt to different situations
- Confident working both independently and as part of a team
- Genuinely interested in supporting children and young people
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience working with children or young people
- Understanding of neurodivergence (e.g. autism, ADHD)
- Background in education, care, or support roles
Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
Working Hours
- Mix of daytime and after school sessions
- Weekends and school holidays
- We offer a range of working patterns to suit different availability. This can include consistent weekly hours (e.g. set weekday or weekend sessions) or a more flexible arrangement as part of the wider team. We aim to provide as much consistency as possible where preferred.
Requirements
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Right to work in the UK
- Ability to travel within the local area
