Purpose:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven candidate, to join our Head Office team in the area of product merchandising and stock control. Ideal candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, an exceptional eye for detail, and a talent for problem solving. You will be responsible for monitoring stock levels, analysing sales trends, and collaborating with buyers and store teams to optimise product availability and presentation. Your ability to interpret data and identify issues will be vital in supporting business decisions and maintaining inventory accuracy.
Key activities:
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate stock levels across all locations
- Analysing sales and inventory data to identify trends and gaps
- Assisting in planning and implementing merchandising strategies
- Supporting stock forecasting and replenishment decisions
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
- Liaising with buyers, suppliers, and store teams
- Maintaining accurate records using Excel and internal system
- Producing reports on stock performance and sales trends
- Supporting supply chain coordination and issue resolution
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
- Ensuring products are available and presented effectively in stores
Personal characteristics:
- Educated to A-Level or above
- Strong numerical aptitude
- Confidence working with numbers and data sets
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Highly organised and methodical
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary/Pay:
£25,500 per annum
