Overview
We are seeking a vigilant and professional Door Supervisors to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and security at our venues, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. As a Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring entry points, managing crowd control, and implementing loss prevention strategies.
Duties
- Monitor the entrance and exit points of the venue to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Implement effective crowd control measures during peak times or events.
- Provide assistance in emergency situations, including administering first aid when necessary.
- Maintain clear communication with team members to ensure a cohesive approach to security.
- Prepare incident reports detailing any occurrences or breaches of security.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a security role is preferred, minimum of 5 years experience working in private members venues & events
- Certification in first aid is highly desirable, as well as ACT and WAVE certification.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A valid SIA (Security Industry Authority) licence is required for this position
- Must have good availability for day, evening and night shifts.

Pay: £14.24-£15.00 per hour
