The Identity Engineer will play a key role in delivering secure, reliable identity solutions that underpin the University’s digital services, security posture, and regulatory compliance. This role combines specialist identity engineering expertise with operational support, continuous improvement, and service optimisation, and is critical in protecting sensitive data, enforcing security policies, and enabling compliant user access across systems.
Working within a collaborative technical team, you will implement and support identity platforms such as Entra ID and Active Directory, ensuring services are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practice. You will support deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting, taking ownership of complex issues and driving service improvement.
You’ll join a collaborative and forward‑thinking team within the Information & Digital Group, working with modern identity technologies.
