What We're Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN
- Previous experience working within a nursing home environment
- Experience supporting older adults, including those living with dementia
- Strong understanding of person-centred care
- Good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DoLS, CQC regulations, and compliance requirements
- Excellent clinical assessment and care planning skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to support and develop nursing and care teams

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing and care teams
- Ensure residents receive high-quality, person-centred care
- Support care planning, assessments, and clinical reviews
- Lead on clinical audits, quality assurance, and compliance processes
- Promote best practice in safeguarding, medication management, and dementia care
- Support staff development through mentoring, coaching, and training
- Monitor clinical standards and drive continuous improvement
- Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies
- Support the management team in maintaining CQC compliance and quality standards
