Trainee Architectural Technician / Site Surveyor at Archilink Surveys.
Location: London (with travel as required)
Job Type: Full-time, Monday–Friday (9:00am – 5:00pm)
We are looking for a confident and reliable individual to join our growing team in London as an Architectural Technician / Site Surveyor. This role is primarily site-based to begin with, offering a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field. Full training will be provided.
About the Role:
You will be working across various project sites, carrying out surveys and supporting project delivery on location.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Attending sites to carry out LiDAR-scanned surveys
- Operating LiDAR equipment to capture accurate site data
- Producing technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit
- Liaising with clients on-site
- Working collaboratively to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard
NOTE: No previous experience using Lidar scanners are needed as full training will be provided.

Essential requirements:
- Based in London or nearby
- Full UK driving licence
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good IT skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (essential)
- Willingness to travel.
Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience in surveying, architecture, or a related field
- Interest in Autodesk software: AutoCAD, Revit etc.
