The Role:
· Dealing with customers on the phone and via email regarding orders
· Assist customers with their sales orders
· Pricing, quoting and closing sales with customers.
· Offering after-sales support to customers
· Preparing quotes for potential customers and processing order requests
· Keeping customers updated with relevant product information
· Upselling products to maximise sales
· Managing stock levels on stock system
Essential Criteria:
· At least 3 years + experience in an office-based sales role
· Excellent customer service skills
· Great interpersonal skills
· Highly motivated
· Experience in using all Microsoft packages
· Strong persuasion skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
