Job Overview
Sealtight Windows NE Ltd are a Teesside based family-run UPVC manufacturer and installer, with a fantastic reputation and a solid customer base. We supply and install UPVC windows, doors, conservatories and orangeries throughout the Teesside area. Due to the impending retirement of the current postholder, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced UPVC Sales Manager to lead and drive growth within the business.
The successful candidate will have a strong history of in-home demonstration and sales, and be results driven. Self-motivated and with a strong customer focus, you will specialise in understanding customer needs and matching them to our products.
This commission-only role offers unlimited earnings potential, flexible working hours and as the only Sales Manager all inbound leads will be yours to appoint. In return, we would like the ideal candidate to:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company targets within the domestic retail UPVC market.
- Track leads, manage customer data, and generate sales reports.
- Have proven experience in a sales environment (minimum 3-years) specialising in UPVC products.
- Have a strong background in customer focused sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Have knowledge of current building regulations and planning permission processes.
- Have exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an aptitude for negotiation.
- Have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle
Pay: £50,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
