The Role:
You will be responsible for providing technical support and services to external customers. Projects will be varied and will see you engage with clients on a day to day basis across systems analysis, delivery of software upgrades and systems testing and support.
What you will be doing:
- Diagnosis and resolution of 1st-3rd line support issues.
- Ongoing analysis and day to day maintenance of both internal and client based systems.
- Testing new products to ensure readiness for clients.
- Roll out of upgrades to clients.
- On-boarding of new clients.

What we are looking for:
This is an excellent opportunity to take your first steps in a technical role. An interest in tech is essential however you do not need to have a deep level of technical knowledge. You will enjoy problem solving and want to work in a client facing role. In addition you will:
- Be analytical and enjoy working through problems to a complete resolution.
- You will enjoy communicating with both clients and internal team mates.
- You will have an organised and methodical approach to tasks.
- You can demonstrate high levels of attention to detail.
Any exposure to any of the following will be advantageous:
- Understanding of SQL queries and data manipulation.
- Networks architecture, IT security and Active Directory.
- Windows client and server operating systems.
