Duties
- Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Manage food safety protocols, including hygiene standards and allergen controls
- Help to oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management and stock rotation
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen environment at all times
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all kitchen activities
Requirements
- Proven experience in a professional kitchen setting, preferably within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and food presentation
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in hygiene management
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in food production and customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant roles is highly desirable
