The Carlton Club, one of St James’s most prestigious Private Members’ Clubs, is currently seeking a passionate Evening Waiter/Waitress to join our exceptional Food & Beverage team.
Basic Salary: £15,480.00 per annum + discretionary Staff Fund
Hours of work:
* 6:30pm-10:30pm
* 20 hours per week; Monday-Friday
Desired Skills & Experience:
* Ideally you will have experience within a similar role
* Basic understanding of food safety and allergens
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to do any aspects of the job
* Welcoming, flexible and positive attitude
* Ability to support the management and work well within our friendly team
Main Responsibilities:
* Supporting the Dining Room Manager and the rest of the team and delivering an excellent service to our Members and their guests
* Taking and serving food & beverage orders in a professional and polite manner
* Processing orders through the Micros system and making sure they are served in a timely fashion
* Ensuring that the Dining Room is clean and tidy at all times
