Sure Staffing is looking for a skilled Joiner to join a well-established building maintenance contractor carrying out high-quality repair and refurbishment works across a range of commercial and residential properties.
York,YO41 area
£32,000 - £40,000 per annum
(depending on experience, qualifications, and multi-trade skills)
45 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 7:30am – 5:00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out planned and reactive joinery maintenance works
- First and second fix joinery across various sites
- Repairing and replacing internal and external doors and windows
- General timber repairs and refurbishment works
- Working to high standards of quality and workmanship at all times
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and efficiently
- Working independently and as part of a team when required
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in traditional joinery methods and practices
- Competent in first and second fix joinery
- Experience with door and window repairs/replacements
- Timber repair and refurbishment experience
- Sash window experience desirable
- Full UK driving licence required
