We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic candidate to oversee the school facility lettings across multiple venues; weekday evenings and over the weekends.
The successful candidates would be part of a friendly team to provide a fun, safe and quality experience for all of our customers. The current shifts are weekday evenings 4.00pm – 11.30pm and weekends between 7.30am – 23.00pm, times vary between these hours. This role is for a casual employee who may be looking to earn some extra money around a current job or studies. We cannot commit a number of hours each week and they would be dependent on current bookings and staff cover.
The perfect candidate would drive and be available for training and shifts at The Broxbourne School, Broxbourne and Wren Academy Enfield, Enfield. Currently there are shifts available on Wednesdays and Saturdays at Broxbourne with other days available at Enfield to be confirmed.
As well as this, we would like this candidate to have a customer service background and be able to manage themselves and hirers to the best of their capabilities.
You will be required to complete a self declaration form as you will need to have an Enhanced DBS check as you will be working on school grounds.
Main duties include, but are not exclusive to:
· Safely setting up equipment for the next sports club or event.
· Help to maintain equipment by regularly checking it functions properly and stays clean.
· Maintain building and office cleanliness.
· Build effective and professional relationships with hirers and Schools.
· Keeping the work environment healthy, safe and secure.
· Working within the framework of the School Enterprises’ policies and procedures.
· Dress and act accordingly with School Enterprises’ policies.
· Unlocking and locking up the facilities.
This is a part time job role where hours can vary throughout the year in relation to bookings at the venue.
