The Brasserie is located in the beautiful Cotswolds around a lake. The family run business compiles a events space, bar, brasserie and water sports on the lake.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with food preparation and ensure high-quality standards
- Follow health and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe kitchen
- Take on deep cleaning duties to keep the kitchen running smoothly
- Support the team during service periods
- Ensure delivery of operational standards

Job Type: Full-time – this is a seasonal business with summer being our busiest time. As you would expect we also work all relevant bank holidays. In general the work pattern would be as follows:

Pay: £11.50-£16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 45 per week
