What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality domestic cleaning services in clients' homes
- Carry out regular weekly and fortnightly cleaning visits
- Complete deep cleans and one-off cleaning assignments as required
- Dust, vacuum, sweep and mop floors throughout the property
- Clean and sanitise kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- Wipe and polish household surfaces, fixtures and fittings
- Clean internal windows, mirrors and glass surfaces where required
- Change bed linen and make beds where requested by clients
- Empty bins and leave homes clean, tidy and welcoming
- Use cleaning products and equipment safely and responsibly
- Follow client-specific instructions and household preferences
- Identify areas requiring additional attention and communicate these professionally
- Maintain a reliable schedule and arrive punctually for appointments
- Build positive, respectful relationships with clients
- Deliver consistently high standards of service and professionalism
- Respect client privacy, confidentiality and property at all times
- Report any concerns, damages or health and safety issues promptly

What We're Looking For
- Previous domestic cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable, trustworthy and professional
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills
- A positive attitude and pride in your work
- Ability to travel within Cambridge and surrounding areas
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable
- Existing self-employed status (or willingness to register) and Public liability insurance
- Own transport
- References from previous clients or employers
