Overview
We are seeking an experienced roofer with SMSTS and First aid to support the delivery of large-scale planned roofing works.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operational delivery of planned roofing projects within the social housing portfolio.
- Lead contract mobilization activities, ensuring all pre‑start documentation, processes, and compliance requirements are completed to a high standard.
- Manage and maintain accurate document control, including RAMS, progress reports, quality assurance documents, and client communications.
- Monitor progress, identify risks or issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain programme, quality, and safety standards.
- Uphold all health and safety requirements across projects and ensure company standards are consistently met.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in a Site Manager with SMSTS, Project Supervisor, or similar role within social housing, roofing, or external works.
- Strong understanding of compliance, document management, and planned maintenance processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with residents, clients, and delivery teams.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Full UK driving licence.
