About the role
An opportunity has arisen for the appointment of a full time Business Support Administrator within the Business Support Team for the Children & Families Service based at Castle House, Scarborough.
The role
As a Business Support Administrator, you will provide reception and administrative support at Castle House, with possible cover at other sites. This is a varied and rewarding role which can include assisting customers with queries, via the phone, email or face to face, petty cash, Health and Safety, ordering goods, updating various databases and supporting the Operational staff.
What you will bring
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate good use of computer packages. You will have good literacy and numeracy skills, be conscientious, well-organised, be able to work unsupervised and be flexible in your approach. You must respect the need for confidentiality of personal information and have knowledge of Data Protection (GDPR), Equalities and Health and Safety requirements of working within an office environment.
