Trainee Contract Manager for repair contracts that provide a “cradle-to-grave” service to our customers and clients. On completion of training the successful candidate will be required to assess damage to customer’s properties, provide costings for repairs, prepare specifications, and liaise with insurance companies. They will be required to efficiently organise and motivate a team of trade professionals to carry out repairs to domestic and commercial properties, have a natural talent for getting the best out of teams and a sound understanding of building construction.
Experience within the building industry would be highly desirable, we are looking for motivated committed candidates that have a desire to learn and a focus on customer care.
Essential:
- A can do attitude and commitment to the role.
- Organisational and planning skills.
- A good level of education and command of the English Language.
- A full valid driving licence.
- Good IT skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in the construction industry.
- A related qualification such as BSc, HND, HNC, NVQ level 3/4 or City & Guilds.
- CITB Site Managers Safety Training Scheme.
- Construction related Health & Safety awareness and responsibilities
