Residential Support Worker
Location: Stoke-on-Trent & Staffordshire
Salary: £29,487 - £32,640 per year (including sleep-in allowance)
Hours: Full-time | 10 shifts per month | Sleep-in shifts required

We are expanding across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire and are looking for Residential Support Workers who are caring, resilient, and passionate about making a difference.

The Role
As a Residential Support Worker, you will:
- Build positive and trusting relationships with young people
- Support emotional, behavioural, and social development
- Encourage independence and help young people build life skills
- Provide consistent care and maintain a structured routine
- Complete accurate records and reports
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external professionals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Empathy, patience, and a non-judgemental attitude
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work 10 long day with sleep-in per month
