Part-Time Administrator – HVAC & Property Services
Location: Remote / Work From Home (occasional site visits)
Hours: Part-Time (15-20 hours per week, flexible)
About Us: We are a growing HVAC and property maintenance company providing air conditioning, ventilation, heating, and building maintenance services across London and the South East. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrator to support the day-to-day running of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and emails
- Scheduling engineers and booking appointments
- Preparing quotations, invoices, and job sheets
- Updating customer records and job management systems
- Chasing outstanding invoices and payments
- Ordering parts and liaising with suppliers
- Managing service reminders and planned maintenance schedules
- Assisting with general administration and customer service duties
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Previous administration experience preferred but not essential
