What’s on Offer
- Salary: Eastbourne: £40,000 (flat rate for this role).
- Performance bonus: Up to 10%
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9–5 only – no weekends, nights, or bank holidays
- Hybrid working: Office and home-based balance
- Full-time roles: 0.8 FTE considered for exceptional candidates only.
Your Role
- The role discussed is Functional Assessor for PFAS (part of the IPRS Group)
- PFAS operates as a provider under DWP contracts, with specific lots/regions (notably East of England and Southeast of England).
Full Training Provided:
10 weeks of paid, structured training covering DWP guidance, assessment techniques, and professional report writing.
Who We’re Looking For
- Candidates must be registered clinicians: NMC or HCPC registration required.
- Eligible professions: Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD), Paramedics, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists.
- Minimum 12 months post-registration experience.
- Full-time preferred; 0.8 FTE considered only for exceptional candidates.
- Strong clinical assessment and typing skills (typing test and clinical scenario included in the interview).
- Ability to manage a caseload of 3 assessments per day.
- Candidates must be able to work in a hybrid model in Eastbourne
- No pharmacists at this time (may be considered in the future).
