My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Private Client Solicitor, Fee Earner, or Legal Executive to join their established and highly regarded Private Client team in Blackburn.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing a varied and rewarding private client caseload, advising individuals and families on a range of matters while providing a high level of professional and compassionate client care.
Your workload will include:
- Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning matters
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Court of Protection matters
- Trust administration and related private client work
- Inheritance Tax planning and wealth preservation advice
- Advising clients on succession planning
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Working closely with colleagues across the wider firm to deliver a seamless client experience
This role offers a broad caseload and the opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners, making it ideal for someone who enjoys varied and client-focused work.
About You
The successful candidate will ideally possess:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (FCILEx), or experienced Private Client Fee Earner status
- Previous experience managing private client matters independently
- Strong technical knowledge across wills, probate, LPAs, and estate administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A client-focused and empathetic approach
- Strong organisational and case management abilities
- A proactive attitude and desire to contribute to the continued success of the department
