Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas.
- Follow food safety regulations diligently to ensure hygiene standards are upheld at all times.
- Restock supplies as needed, including ingredients, cups, utensils, and condiments.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
Experience
- Previous barista experience is essential (including latte art and previous experience cleaning coffee machines as well as grinders).
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment helps in delivering exceptional service.
- Strong time management abilities are essential to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
