The job
As Operations & Business Development Manager you will take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the business and play a key role in its future growth.
This is a senior, hands-on management position with responsibility for operational performance, property
owner relationships, team leadership, financial administration and business development/property recruitment. You will work closely with the Director, Finance Manager and Marketing team to ensure we deliver exceptional service to both property owners and guests while achieving ambitious growth targets.
Your main areas of responsibility will be operational and team leadership, property owner management, property recruitment & business development, bookings & revenue performance, financial administration & systems management, stakeholder collaboration, guest experience, and out-of-hours support.
What you'll need
Previous management experience within holiday lettings, hospitality, property management or a related sector.
Strong commercial awareness and a results-oriented mindset.
Experience managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
Willingness to take part in an on-call rota
Proven business development or sales experience.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Confidence managing operational systems and financial administration.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
A proactive approach with a willingness to take ownership and accountability.
A full UK driving licence and transport
Experience using SuperControl or a comparable holiday letting management system an advantage
Property recruitment or estate agency experience desirable
Good knowledge of Suffolk and the local tourism market.

The offices are based in Badingham, Suffolk
What you'll receive
£38,000 - £42,000 per annum dependent on experience
