Join our fun and friendly team as a Holiday Cottage Cleaner in the Thirsk area! If you love the idea of keeping cosy cottages sparkling for our guests, this is the perfect role for you. You’ll be the hero who makes sure every cottage is a welcoming haven after a day of countryside adventures.
Duties
- Be our cleanliness champion by cleaning and sanitising all areas of the holiday cottages, from comfy bedrooms to cosy living spaces.
- Fluff pillows, change linens, and restock toiletries to keep everything fresh and inviting.
- Wave your magic cleaning wand to ensure that every surface is dust-free, shiny, and ready to impress.
- Help us stay in tip-top shape by reporting any maintenance issues you find and completing check sheets.
- Keep supplies stocked and the cottages looking amazing for our guests.
- Keep safety in check by following our straightforward health and safety guidelines and help us maintain a safe, happy work environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in hospitality, hotel, or janitorial work is a big plus.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to keeping everything spotless.
- The ability to work independently and manage your time well.
- Flexibility for occasional weekends or holiday shifts if needed.
- Good organisational skills and reliability.
- If you know your way around cleaning products, great! If not, we’ll train you. We want team members who love creating exceptional guest experiences through a sparkling clean environment.
Working hours available:
- Monday - Friday - 8.30am - 4.30pm
- Summer temp July - September , flexible hours and days
- Friday - Monday 10am- 4pm
- Weekend hours 10am - 4pm
Applicants must have their own vehicle, and will receive mileage reimbursement and compensation for travel time.
Pay: £12.71-£15.00 per hour
