We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while delivering high-quality nail care services. As a Nail Technician, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients, ensuring they leave feeling pampered and satisfied.
Duties
- Provide a range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, BIAB, and nail art.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend appropriate nail treatments.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by communicating effectively with clients throughout their visit.
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to offer clients the best services possible.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of nail products and supplies.
Experience
- Previous experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role is preferred ideally 6 months working in the salon.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Knowledge of makeup application is an advantage but not essential.
- A passion for beauty and aesthetics, along with an eagerness to learn new techniques.
