As a Manager, your blend of sales, communication and management skills will contribute to the success of the store by ensuring everything runs smoothly day to day maintaining a fun, credible brand and communicating our brand to our end consumers to maximise sales.
Work tasks:
- Support the team to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Coach and motivate the team to deliver high levels of customer service ensuring the store is always customer-ready.
- Making your store look great, maintaining all retail operation standards in line with the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines
- Ensuring operational policies and procedures are respected.
- Understanding your store’s KPIs and playing your part to ensure they are achieved.
Experience & Skills:
· 1+ years customer service and Retail Store Manager experience.
· Selling superstar
· Structured and detail-focused; able to quickly and effectively problem-solve by developing creative solutions
· A team player with a drive to succeed, and solution-oriented
· Passion for our products, sales and customer experience
· Strong communication skills, both written and oral
· Passion for our products and delivering a best-in-class customer experience
· Share the cultural philosophy/image of Happy Socks
Pay: £30,000.00 per year
