Sinclair Volkswagen Port Talbot is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Vehicle Technician to join our friendly and experienced team.
Job Title: Vehicle Technician/Mechanic
Shift options: Full-time I Monday to Friday 5-day week or an optional 4-day shift pattern I Saturday mornings on a rota basis
Position pays: £30,000-£40,000 OTE
Location: Volkswagen Port Talbot SA13 1AL
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing Volkswagen vehicles to manufacturer and MOT standards. You'll diagnose faults, carry out repairs efficiently, and help deliver the exceptional customer service that has made Sinclair a trusted name in South Wales for generations.

What we're looking for:

Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 3 preferred)

MOT Tester qualification desirable but not essential

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

A positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship

Team player with excellent communication skills

Full UK driving licence

Basic salary £28,000 - £36,000 depending on experience
