Roofer (Repairs & Renewals)
Location: Doncaster (and surrounding areas)
Job Type: Full-time minimum 6 months work
Salary: £20 per hour (CIS)
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Roofer to join our team, helping deliver high-quality homes in well-maintained neighbourhoods. You’ll play a key role in carrying out roofing repairs, renewals, and general property maintenance across a variety of residential properties.
Working as part of a team, you’ll ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, while delivering excellent service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out repairs, renewals, and maintenance on pitched and flat roofs (felt, tiled, and slated)
- Set out and complete full roof replacements
- Repair and rebuild chimney stacks, including lead work and pointing
- Replace and repair flashings, hips, valleys, and verges
- Install and maintain fascia, soffits, guttering, and downpipes
- Accurately record work, materials, and time using mobile devices or paperwork
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicle stock levels
- Carry out daily checks and maintain cleanliness of company vehicle
Essential Requirements
- Roofer with NVQ Level 2, City & Guilds, or equivalent
- Proven experience in roofing repairs and renewals on domestic properties
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience using a range of power tools and equipment
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
