We are looking for energetic and reliable Team Members who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. This isn’t your average shop job—you will be multi-trained to work across all our unique satellite venues, including The Butlins Store, Toybox, and The Hire Shop.
This is an active, on-the-go role where you’ll be on your feet and moving throughout your shift. You’ll be the face of our stores, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
Whether you’re helping a guest find a specific product, unloading pallets, or ensuring our shelves are perfectly stocked, you’ll be part of a team that truly gets stuck in.
While previous experience in a similar environment is desirable, it’s not essential as full training is provided.
This is a full-time role of 30 hours per week, working to a rota across 5 out of 7 days, with shifts ranging anywhere from 7am to Midnight, so flexibility is essential.

Customer Excellence: Delivering a friendly, fast-paced guest experience and maintaining a "smile under pressure" across all our retail venues.
- Multi-Venue Support: Moving dynamically between shops to help where you’re needed most, from giftware and toys to equipment hire.
- Till Operation: Working hands-on with our checkouts to provide efficient service and accurate cash handling.
- Stock Management: Helping to receive and check off deliveries with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Merchandising: Stacking shelves and creating eye-catching displays to keep the shop floors looking top-notch and tidy.
- Team Collaboration: Working as one team across the department to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our guests.
- Health & Safety: Keeping our venues clean and safe for both your teammates and our guests
