Job Title: M&E Compliance Manager (Fixed-Term Contract)
Location: South Kensington (Onsite – 5 Days per Week)
Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and resilient M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) Compliance Manager to join on a fixed-term basis, taking ownership of compliance across a diverse estate of several buildings in South Kensington. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional who can balance technical compliance with strong stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full responsibility for M&E compliance across a portfolio of several buildings
- Manage and oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes, ensuring all statutory and regulatory requirements are met
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation and compliance records
- Act as a visible presence across the estate, keeping a close eye on site activities and addressing issues proactively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Confidently manage and influence challenging customers and stakeholders
- Drive actions to completion, ensuring tasks are delivered efficiently and without delay
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in M&E compliance or maintenance within complex environments
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance, PPMs, and associated documentation
- Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle demanding stakeholders
- Self-sufficient and comfortable operating without a team to manage
- Tenacious, solution-focused mindset with a proven ability to “get things done”
Contract Details:
- Fixed-term contract
- Full-time, 5 days per week onsite
- Based in South Kensington
Pay: £69,000.00-£79,000.00 per year
