Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and focused team member to support our production operations between Monday - Friday. This role is based on dough preparation, maintaining stock levels, and working closely with other teams to ensure smooth operation. The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare dough according to company recipes and quality standards
- Monitor and manage ingredient stock levels, reporting shortages when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of preparation areas
- Communicate effectively with other members and teams to coordinate production
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times Assist with general preparation and operational tasks as required
Preferred Experience
- Knowledge of dough fermentation, levitation, and proving techniques
- Previous experience in a bakery, pizzeria, or food production environment
- Understanding of batch preparation and basic mathematical operations Ability to work early mornings.
