Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Bespoke Kitchen Sprayer to join our workshop in Paddock Wood, Kent. You will apply flawless, premium finishes to custom cabinetry and architectural joinery. If you have an eye for detail and take pride in high-quality craftsmanship, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling timber and MDF.
- Perform prep work including precise caulking to achieve seamless joints.
- Apply coatings including primers, stains, and premium clear lacquers.
- Operate spray guns using AAA sprayer and pot gun in our dedicated spray booth.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, dust-free spray booth environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in priming, staining, and lacquering bespoke furniture or kitchens.
- Strong skills in meticulous prep work and caulking for high-end finishes.
- Expert knowledge of handling professional wood finishes and coatings.
- Exceptional eye for detail to maintain our luxury standards.
- Problem-solving unforeseen issues in a quick, professional manner.
- Reliable transport to commute to our workshop in Paddock Wood. (Train station is a 5-minute walk)
