What we're looking for
✔ Previous hands-on experience supporting neurodivergent and/or SEND children within a home-based setting (ESSENTIAL)
✔ Experience working directly with families and adapting support to individual needs
✔ A nurturing, reliable and child-led approach
✔ A genuine passion for helping children thrive
We are particularly interested in nannies with experience supporting children with Autism, ADHD, PDA profiles, sensory processing differences, communication needs, emotional regulation challenges, and other additional needs.
