We are looking for a Home Care Worker to join our team and provide quality care to our clients in their homes in the Preston, Leyland, Clayton Brook and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands. The ideal candidate will have a compassionate nature and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing quality homecare services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to clients in their homes.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship to clients.
- Provide emotional support to clients and their families.
- Help clients with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Prepare meals for clients and help them with eating if needed.
- Administer medications as prescribed by the doctor.
- Transport clients to appointments or other activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £13.20-£19.80 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
