Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates for live vacancies
- Advertising job opportunities across various recruitment platforms
- Formatting and preparing CVs for client submission
- Updating and maintaining recruitment databases
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients
- Generating referrals and candidate recommendations
- Building and managing your own candidate pipeline
- Supporting consultants with recruitment activities
- Meeting agreed targets and deadlines
- Learning recruitment processes and industry best practices
- Developing knowledge of the Telecoms recruitment market
Requirements
- Educated to Sixth Form level or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and professional manner
- Self-motivated and ambitious
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to build relationships with a wide range of people
- Strong work ethic and desire to succeed
- Right to work in the UK, must not already hold a level 3 Recruiter qualification
