Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance to clients in their own homes, supporting daily activities with compassion.
- Follow care plans meticulously to ensure clients' needs are met safely and effectively.
- Maintain clear and empathetic communication with clients and their families.
- Assist with mobility, medication reminders, and light household tasks as required.
- Document care activities accurately and report any changes or concerns.
- Support clients’ emotional well-being through friendly interaction and companionship.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Requirements:
- Valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Right to work in the UK ( as no sponsorship is currently provided)
- Previous experience in home care or related settings is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to follow detailed care plans.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- Reliable, punctual, and respectful.
